Configuration
SELF-CLEANED RAW AIR FILTER
Efficiently filter particles, oil mist and other pollutants in the air to ensure the high purity and quality of gas products produced by the cryogenic ASU.
AIR COMPRESSOR
The air in the environment is drawn into the equipment after passing through a self-cleaning filter and compressed through a series of compressors to obtain the compressed air required by ASU.
AIR PURIFICATION UNIT
The air purification system uses molecular sieves and activated alumina to adsorb and remove moisture, carbon dioxide and other hydrocarbons in the air.
RECTIFICATION COLUMN
Obtain high purity and high quality liquid and gaseous oxygen, nitrogen and argon with low temperature and low pressure technology;
PLC SYSTEM
The PLC system uses Siemens S7-1500
Set up a control cabinet, which includes CPU modules, system communication modules, various I/0 modules, power supply modules, etc.
LOX & LIN & LAr STORAGE TANK
To storage high purity and high standard liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon produced by cryogenic ASU equipment with different capacity;
VAPORIZATION CYLINDER FILLING
LOX & LIN & LAR stored in the cryogenic tank, pumped by cryogenic liquid pump, and convert to gas from by high pressure vaporizer, and then refill cylinders
