The Manual Acrylic Bending Machine is the core part of letter bending machine. You can assemble various kinds of ideal practical acrylic bender with this heater.
This machine can be widely used in decoration engineering, sign making, display cabinet, aquarium wrapping, lighting LED channel letter, bending the supermarket shelves, curtain wall,anywhere needs plastic bending.
It can bend all kinds of plastic sheet.Including Acrylic,PVC, plexiglass plastic etc,if only the thickness of the sheet is no more than 10mm.
This long tube hot bending machine has four sizes, 600mm, 1200mm, 1800mm, and 2400mm. Each size includes a heating main engine, two drain pipes, a water pump, a thermostat, and a thermometer.

Installation Way
Step 1: Fix the pipes on the heater;
Step 2: Get ready for the water pump with pipes attached.Complete the heater;
Step 3: Put the pump into a water container with 30 L water. Turn on the pump and let water run in pipes;
Step 4: Connect the power supply and heater;
Step 5: Plug the power supply and heater's plug into a socket, adjust the temperature by thermostatic. Revolving the switch clockwise to heat up, and anti-clockwise to heat-down;
Step 6: After about 5~6 minutes heating time, the heater is ready to bend the sheets.
