This training equipment is a teaching and practical training platform based on the BYD E5 electric car. The BYD E5 electric car has been appropriately modified to become a teaching tool for online detection and fault diagnosis. While maintaining the integrity of the original car's sheet metal, mechanical, electrical, and battery systems, the car body is longitudinally dissected along the middle from the front to the rear, including the hood, front windshield, roof, floor, rear windshield, and dashboard, to display the installation positions of various assemblies.
The sheet metal components and glass openings are neatly cut and firmly painted, with different colors marking different structures for reliability and safety. The remaining body panels, interior, and paint are free of significant damage, and the cut parts are neatly trimmed and edged with rubber strips, maintaining the function of key support parts. The dissection clearly shows the car's wiring harnesses, suspension, and electrical equipment. Meanwhile, the electrical control system, wiring system, and battery pack are maintained as closely as possible to the original car.
The equipment retains the normal operation of the power system, transmission system, air conditioning system, ABS anti-lock braking system, and BMS battery management system while providing fault setting, detection, and analysis training functions for the electrical control system. The equipment clearly shows the car's chassis and body structure, realistically presents the layout of the car's power, transmission, suspension, driving, braking, and steering systems, and vividly demonstrates the structure and working principles of the motor, automatic transmission, air conditioning system, ABS system, and battery management system. It is suitable for comprehensive car teaching needs in higher automotive institutions and training organizations.
