3. What Are Machine Sizes, Can I Use At Home?
If you're looking to use a machine at home, it's important to consider the size of the machine and the power requirements. (size pls refer to the specification chart) For example, a printer typically uses 100~220v/single phase and 1000w of power. While this is fine to use with regular home electricity, other processes, like using a heater, may require more power. The heater regularly uses 380v/3ph, so it's important to ensure your home can accommodate this before using the machine. or locally search suitable heater/dryers which fits for dry printing socks. 5. What If I Want To Print On Cotton Or Bamboo Socks?
If you want to print on cotton or bamboo socks, you'll need to use reactive ink. Several pre and post-processes are involved, including: Pretreatment coating, Dewatering and drying the socks, Printing them, Heating and steaming, Washing(Cold wash+Hot wash), And then dewatering and drying them again. 6. How's Color Effect Compare To Sublimation Socks?
The two printing methods, sublimation and DTG differ in how the ink is transferred onto the sock material. With sublimation, the process is to print on the sublimation transfer paper first. then transfer the prints from the paper to the materials(socks). and it must be side by side. that’s why in the sublimated socks you will always see pressing lines on 2sides. DTG (direct to garments) printing is more versatile than sublimation printing because it allows us to print directly on different materials, including cotton, polyester, bamboo, wool, etc. DTG printing also provides a more vibrant and durable finish, making it our preferred method for custom sock printing.
7. What's The Machine Warranty?
All the machines comes with 1year warranty. However, there is no warranty on spare parts and reload to ink systems, especially printheads We give lifetime maintenance and consulting service if you keep buying inks and spare parts from us.
