A: Our factory is NO.1699,Jingang Avenue,Jindong Area ,Jinhua City.We can provide you with sample customization,and welcome to visit our factory. | ||||||||

A: All of the steel are high-grade cold rolled steel with much firmer and stronger bearing capacity. Manufacturing process getting rid of the oil → washing → drying → elactriostatic spray-paint .All products are corrosion-resistant and durable. | ||||||||
3.Q: How could I install the racks? | ||||||||
A: We provide detailed install instruction and video for every type of shelf. If needed,we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.Also we can arrange the worker to go abroad to install,But it may cost you a lot of money. | ||||||||
4.Q: Could you produce according to customers’ design? | ||||||||
A: Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.We have excellent designers with at least 5 years experience in shelf design to give you professional design. | ||||||||
5.Q: Do you produce shelf with different kinds of materials? | ||||||||
A: Yes,our products are mainly made of metal but we also produce accessory shelves or displays with wood and glass and Alum. | ||||||||
6. Q: What are body frame rack and sub-frame rack? | ||||||||
A: The difference between them is the numbers of column. Body frame rack has column on both side while sub-frame rack has column on one single side.For example, if there are 20pcs wall racks against the wall, the structure will be 1pc body frame rack+ 14pcs sub-frame racks. | ||||||||
7. Q: What is the manner of packing? | ||||||||
A: Generally, our shelves are flat packed by air bubble film in standard export cartons. Other packing like wooden box are available to clients’ requirement. | ||||||||
8.Q: What is your delivery time? | ||||||||
A: In general, within 15 workdays. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design. | ||||||||
9.Q: What is the term of payment? | ||||||||
A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. | ||||||||
