3RP stainless steel high viscosity pump
Summary of 3rp cam rotor pump
Features: the pump is a rotary positive displacement pump with high efficiency and long service life. It is suitable for conveying temperature - 30 + 180, viscosity 30-1.0times; 105cst, suspended liquid containing solid particles and medium with high requirements for corrosion and sanitation. The parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel, and the speed of the pump can be changed according to different physical characteristics of the medium.
Uses: used in food, materials, brewing, medicine, daily chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
Structure of 3rp cam rotor pump:
It is mainly composed of cam rotor, shaft seal and gearbox. A pair of synchronous rotating transmission gears drive the cam rotor to rotate to realize the transmission of medium. The shaft seal can be designed as packing seal and mechanical seal according to different working conditions. Cast iron gearbox, spiral gear and heavy load bearing are adopted to ensure long service life. The main part is box type assembly, and the rotor clearance can be adjusted without disassembling the gearbox.
The material of O-type sealing ring is silicone rubber. When the medium is corrosive, polytetrafluoroethylene is used.
From the motor to the pump, the pump turns clockwise.
