Waste PET bottle plastic recycling plant production machine
This Waste plastic PET bottle recyclables washing recycling machine it will be used to recycle pet bottle, water bottle, Sprite bottle, cola bottle, juice bottle, pet sheet, pet packing container, pet strap,pet film and so on., final will produce to clean PET flakes, so you can make pellet, PET strap, filament yarn, PET sheet, PET film and so on
We also can configure the line according to the raw material and customer requirement.
According to the final usage of PET flakes, We supply 3 grade bottle flakes :
- Bottle to bottle grade, Food Standard
-Yarn/filament grade
- conventional grade

Features:
1-Labor saving. The bale opening and feeding system we provide will equally feed the material.
2- You can use the manually sorting system to selecting out different color bottles and non-PET material
3- Metal detector is optional for you which used to take out any kind of metal from the PET bottles
4-Specially designed PET bottle granulator can easily get high output and with water doing wet griding can reduce wear of blades.
5- High speed dewatering machine and drying system will insure the final PET flakes moisture <1%
6-The Fin dust separator machine will remove the final labels from the flakes to guarantee the PVC content.
7-High efficiency, safety control, large capacity
