1.What can I buy from you?
All kind of glass bottle & Jars, especially like glass bottle,beer bottle, Whisky bottle, Vodka bottle, Rum bottle, Tequila bottle, Brandy bottle, Gin bottle, wine bottle, perfume bottle, cosmetic bottle and special shape bottles by different colors.

2.What would be better if I provide with while RFQ?
Decoration description, such as the type, size,color/finish, capacity,weight, artwork,and quantity you want.

3.Is there a minimum requirement?
Yes, the minimum purchase requirement varies by different product type, please talk to our sales representative for more information.

4.About the price?
The price is negotiated, it can be changed depend on the quantity and packages of the bottles that you need.

5.How can I get sample that be customized by my ideas from you?
For customized glass sample, we need to transfer your ideas to our designer, then we will provide new draft for you. If you have any requests for that, we can revise it for you .For normal type ,we provide 1~2 bottle samples for free. You only need to paid for transportation freight for it. Usually,for sample, we use international express to send it, you can get the sample as quickly.

6.About deep process services?
We can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, label, etc.
As to printing color: Any color is available according to Pantone color number or CMYK.

7.Can I customize package box with my logo or ideas?
Yes, surely. In addition to product customization services, we can also provide packaging box customization services.
According to your requirements, including box size, bottle quantity, carton thickness, etc.

8.About payment terms?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, etc.

9.How long does it take to deliver the goods?
It depends on the quantities you ordered, also the type of glass bottle. If you need it urgently, we will offer you a quick delivery time that meet you requirement as we can.

10.How can you guarantee quality?
We have 6 steps inspection process for products:
First LED light inspection.
Second is camera machine inspection.
Third is neck testing machine inspection.
Forth is quality staff to make all cavity sampling inspection on line.
Fifth is lab inspection.
Sixth is sampling before enter into warehouse.
These 6 steps inspection can ensure the quality.

11.How can you promise all bottle is good condition after shipment?
For certain essential export goods, we will make quality test firstly to pick out the bottles that do not meet the requirements. Using carton and bubble paper to protect glass bottle from impact, then we will fix the carton with stretch film. For each glass bottle/jar order, we will prepare 2% of whole quantity goods as backup.
