• Wash and rub in a little cooking oil before first use.


• Don't heat the pots and pans for a longer period of time if they are empty.


• In order to avoid damages caused by the burning of remains of cooking oil (vaporises at 200° C / 392° F), pour some cold water into the pot or pan after use.


• In order to perserve your valuable pots and pans, avoid using sharp obkects. Wooden or plastic utensils are recommended. Scratches do not influence the function of the pots and pans in any way.


• For cleaning, hot water, washing up liquid and a soft sponge are sufficient.


• After washing in a dishwasher and before the next use, rub the pots and pans with a few drops of cooking oil. Discolouration of the bottom of the pots and pans is harmless aluminum oxidation.


• Cast handles can be used in the oven without restriction. Due to their good ability to conduct heat, always use potholders, serving helpers or our thermo handles.


• Plastic fittings can withstand heat up to 160° C (320° F)

Protect wooden handles in the oven by wrapping them in aluminum foil. Washing in the dishwasher can lead to withering of the wooden handles.

4. How can I extend non-stick coating?

   Using cookware pans? You can extend the life of nonstick coatings by reseasoning them once in awhile. Every few months, take the empty pan and put it on the stove over high heat. After about two to three minutes, put in one or two tablespoons of peanut oil and swirl it around so it coats the inside of the pan. Turn off the heat and let the pan cool to room temperature and then wipe away the excess oil with a paper towel. Repeat the process once more to recondition the coating on your pan.

5. Is the pan safty to contact food and non-stick for oil free cooking ?

7.Is it OK to print my logo on cookware?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
