2. What's your product range?
Nowadays, SIST with its own brand MS W has four product categories covering Facial Care, Body Care, Head&Neck Care,Pedicure/Manicure Devices.
3. Do your products have your own patents?
SIST created a professional R&D department with a specialized team. All our items have been patented, and copying is not permitted. So don't worry, you won't infringe any patents if you sell our products.
4. How about the quality of your products?
SIST stands out in its industry by having a complete production chain and industry-leading testing laboratories. From raw materials to the final product in the factory, each product goes through a sophisticated production process and strict quality control.
5. Is it possible to customize the product, such as adding my own logo/brand? What's the MOQ?
Yes, well accepted. Normally only 1000pcs.
6. How long time can I get the goods?
For sample/small quantity order normally within 3-5 working days. For Mass production, the order will be around 30-45 days after payment.
7. What testing certificates do you have?
CE ,ROHS,IC,FCC certificated. Besides, marketing investment is the key to achieve success, for that SIST will support you with marketing activities and any other required certifications.
