SGDQ 600kg large capacity SUS304 gummy candy machine depositing line
This machine is used to produce gelatin gummy candy with capacity 600kg/h. Machine use steam or electromagnetic heating source, controlled by PLC and servo driver, from ingredients cooking to final gummy, the whole processing is automatic.
The whole line consists of cooker, steam heating for electrical heating, gelatin melting tank, CANDY unique designed vacuum blending system, storage tank, smart depositor, flavor and color dynamic mixer, measuring pump, cooling tunnel with automatic demolder, chain conveyor, belt conveyor, sugar or oil coating machine. This line is suitable for confectionery

Ingredients auto weighing machine
This system is used to automatic weigh all ingredients, sugar powder, water, liquid glucose, pectin powder or gelatin etc
Syrup cooking machine and storage tank
Steam heating, oil heating, electromagnetic heating cooker are available for choice. All process is controlled by PLC and touch screen automatically.
Full SS304 Servo depositor
Jacketed hopper with oil heating. Heating temperature and stroke speed can be easily adjusted on touch screen.

Cooker mixer with scraper
Oval shape bottom with smooth polish.
