4. Q:How to if it;s good quality ?
A: (1)Look at the appearance: surface roughness, defects, wall thickness, cast iron tooling platform also have to see whether there are casting holes and sand holes and repair welding traces and so on;
(2)Volume size: THREE-DIMENSIONAL size (length, width and height), surface finish (≤1.6)/size tolerance (verticality ≤0.05mm, parallelism ≤0.05mm, flatness ≤0.1mm/m2, aperture tolerance D7, hole distance tolerance ≤0.05mm), etc.
(3)Material report, can provide material report (Q345 steel, HT300 cast iron, SUS304 stainless steel, etc.) and know welding, heat treatment and other processes;

5. Q: Inferior 3D flexible cast iron tooling platform
