PE coated paper roll production process:

1. RAW PAPER-We will purchase raw materials according to the customer's requirements for paper. The customer only needs to tell us the gram weight and width of the paper needed. We also have many brands of raw paper.

2. PE COATING-When we get raw paper, will begin coating PE according to customer's requirement of PE weight. Single PE or Double PE all can do, usually one day can produce 120 tons.

3. PE&PAPER COMBINATION-The process of coating is to heat the PE to cover the surface of the paper, then PE & paper will combination.

4. PACKAGING-After the coating PE is finished, the workers will weigh the PE coated paper roll, and then pack it with thick brown paper, and pack it with plastic film to reinforce the package.

5. FINISHED PRODUCT-After the production of the PE coated paper roll is completed, we will label the roll of paper. Finally, we just need to wait for the container to arrive at our factory for loading, when load roll can with pallets, all according to customers' requirement.

A2: We are happy to offer you reference samples with free charge, but you are expected to pay for the courier cost. You may ask your courier agent to pick the samples up or we ship the samples to you under your DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT collection account.

A3: It depends on the quantity and your requirements.Generally 7-15 working days after the samples or order confirmation.

Q4: What is your order payment terms ?

A4: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment,or LC at sight .

Q5:Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?

A5:Yes,we can print or emboss the logo on the goods or your packing box. We are more than happy to cooperate with you creating your brand.

Q6:Can we have our own dimension or shape or packaging?

A6:Yes, OEM is available including size, shape, logo printing and packaging, etc.
