FEATURES

TINME is a centrifugal oil mist filter for mist generated from neat oil and emulsions used in machine tools, also suitable in the presence of particulate. It is designed to be mounted to the machine tools.

(1)Polluted air is drawn from machine tool into the lower pre-chamber (A) of TINME.

(2)The acceleration effect, due to the centrifugal force generated by a rotating turbine, makes the oil particles bind together and return to liquid state, using the coalescence principle.

(3)A special Multilayer filter (B) having high filtration efficiency, stops and catches even the smallest pollutant particles, avoiding their dispersion in environment.

(4)Due to a special drainage tube (C) the liquid oil is sent back to the machine tool, to be re-used in working process.

HIGH FILTRATION LEVEL AND LONG LASTING FILTERS
The combination of the turbine centrifugal action and a high efficiency multilayer filter set guarantees a high filtration level. Filters are positioned after the centrifugal action of the turbine, thus they are exposed to a limited amount of polluting agents, having a small size. This location grants TINME filters a longer life than the one of the most common centrifugal or static filters in the market.

Post-filter (HEPA)

Post–filter cartridge for micromist, smoke and vapor. It allows to reach a high filtration level up to 99.97%. (0.3um) The PM2.5 content in the filtered air meets international standards.

Guarantee and After-sales service:

1)  The quality warranty period is 12 months which counted from the day that the shipping commodity arrived at the port of destination, excluding the physical damage, We will provide you with the fittings for free during the guarantee period. But please kindly note that all users are kindly required to return us the damaged fittings by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fitting parts. After warranty period, the fittings which you need repaired or changed should be in charge by you, and it will be reasonable charged. 

2)  Since it is difficult for our engineer to maintain the machine by face to face, we will create a plenty of online-supports. That is to say, we will give you technical supports by email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone and fax when user meets some problems on installing, operating, adjusting, maintaining, and so on.

3) When you meet some problems with installing, using or adjusting, but our online-support can not solve it, we can offer Door to Door service. If you need our engineer(s) to assemble or maintain or adjust the machine in your area, you would like to be required to assist us to go through the visa formality, traveling expenses prepaid and accommodation arrangement during the business trip and the service period before they dispatched. And please kindly arrange the translating person for the service engineer during their service period. Otherwise, you also can arrange your engineer to come to visit our factory to get a long-term free technical training.

During the warranty period, because of product quality problems, the company is responsible for free maintenance, if need to change parts, we be responsible for free replacement. If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine quality problems, when the buyer needs us send engineers to give repairing service, we charge the appropriate cost.
4.Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
When the machine arrive the buyer's installation site, we timely send mechanical and electrical engineers to install according to the buyer's schedule, the buyer undertakes board and lodging of personnel abroad in the process of installation, and also USD150.00 per day per person. The seller will cooperate with the buyer to deal with visa and installation preparation before going abroad.
