PVC artificial marble panel are made of PVC resin, calcium carbonate, and plastic additives. The PVC marbel sheet production line machine consist of following machines, and the production line could be 0.5m-1.5m /min.

The three-roller frame is an upright type, and the three-roller pitch adjustment mechanism is a worm gear and a worm. Screw mechanism, electric adjustment, and both ends can be adjusted simultaneously or individually, the adjustment range is 0-40mm. The motor power is 0.75kw.
The three rollers are independently driven, and the frequency conversion motor power is 1.5Kw/unit. The three rollers and the traction machine can be adjusted separately or simultaneously. The three-roller debugging reducer is the F series parallel axis helical gear series.
Three-roller temperature controller uses three thermostatic controllers to control the temperature of each roller respectively. The oil pump power is 2.2Kw/set and the heating power is 16Kw/set×3.
The forward and backward moving motor of the three rollers is a worm gear type, the motor power is 1.1kw, and the forward and backward moving distance is 1 meter.

- After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply,
water supply, labors and cranes, etc.

- Fullwin will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer’s factory.
- The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for each engineer.
- If buyer doesn’t request installation and commissioning by Seller’s engineer in 4 months since date of bill of lading, which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by buyer.
