Bar Spoon BS400
Smooth and stress-free.The stem is precision machined to reduce friction on the fingers, and the strainer is convenient. This is an ingenious bar spoon that has been thoughtfully designed to be as comfortable to use as possible.

The other side of the spoon has a strainer functionality.* This is a Birdy original idea that allows you to smoothly make cocktails without having to switch to other tools, such as when draining glass-chilled water.

If the edge is taken off too much, it approaches a straight bar, making it difficult to stir. If the edge is not removed, it is heavy on the fingers. We use curving technology to maximize both comfort to the skin and ease of stirring as much as possible, with a quality control value of R=0.6.*
