Agglomerator/high-speed granulator is a kind of equipment for direct granulation of discarded thermoplastic thin Peng and products with wall thickness less than 2 mm, which can agglomerate the waste products or films of soft polyvinyl chloride, high and low pressure polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene and other thermoplastics, and can also granulate the waste products of expanded polystyrene.

Machine structure description
The whole machine is divided into base parts, transmission parts, outlet parts, pot parts, electrical instrument control cabinet and other parts.
1 | Base parts: | The base is the foundation of the machine, it is welded and processed by steel plates, which is used to bear the weight of the whole machine, and the base is fixed on the cement foundation with four M18*630 anchor bolts. |
