Q1. What's your MOQ?
Re: For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 1g and generally starts from 10gs. For other low, price product, our MOQ starts from 100g and 1kg.
Q2. How do you treat quality complaint?
Re: First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.
Q3. What is about the delivery time?
Re: The goods of small quantity will be sent out in 3 working days. For bulk cargo, we will book the cargo space once the order is confirmed.Usually we will arrange the shipment in 7 -15 days.
Q4. How about the packing?
Re: Usually we provide the packing as 25 kg/bag or carton. Powdered Packaging: 20/25kg/bag/ drum/can or according to client request. Of course, if you have special requirements on them, we will according to you.
Q5. Can you give me a discount price?
Re: Surely, it depends on your required quantity.
Q6. May i get one sample before placing order?
Re: Yes, we'd like to provide sample for you. For those normal products, you just need to bear the freight; for those high value products, you just need to freight and a ite product cost. When we both cooperate for some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when you need.
Q7. Which payment is avail able for your company?
Re: In order to prompt our cooperation, there are some payment methods for your choice. T/T(USD), Credit card, Alipay or Alibaba trade insurance all is ok. You can choose the one which is convenient for you.
Q8. How and when can i get my goods after payment?
Re: For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by intermational courer(DHL, FedEx, TIT, EMS, etc.) or by air. Usually it will cost 2-5 days that you can get the goods after delivery. For large quantity products, shipment is better. It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on where the port is.
