HOW TO CUSTOMIZE

Customization Service Process

A tried-and-true process is the key to ensuring top-notch product quality.

1. You provide a design sketch and requirements or share concept. We'll create a detailed tech pack for your approval, specifying the MOQ and the initial sample cost (refundable if the order reaches our MOQ). If you already have a sample, to step 4.

2. You Confirm the tech pack and pay the sample fee.

3. We craft the sample as the approved design tech pack and send it for your approval.

4. Review the sample details to define the final version of the bag. This includes considerations for color, material, function, quantity inspection checking list, packaging, etc. The final unit price of the bag will be provided at this step.

5. After sample approval, we'll send you a Invoice (PI) for confirmation and deposit payment.

Please note that designs from customers are kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party. They remain securely protected as a trade secret. We will sign NDA with you.

2) Delivery: Usually send by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, SF etc.

Send your pictures/drawings to our email and let us know your request of models, print and final effect.

Q2-What kind of product your company produce?

Q3-Can I make a sample?
Yes, definately you can.

Q4-What is your sample lead time?
Normally, 5-7 working days.

Yes. We can do custom logos on the products by: embossing, foil-stamping, silk-screening, laser engraving, or embroidering. Please
send yours to me by JPG, AI, PDF file.

Q6-What’s the payment method?
Usually we accept T/T, we also can accept L/C, paypal, Western Union, Escrow and Trade Assurance.

Q7-How about the shipping method?
Air Door to Door DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT, by air and by sea. If you have forwarder it's also ok.
