Head: Use upholstery spray foam cleaner or mild detergent and damp sponge.

Do not soak or immerse in water.

Package: We usually use PP bag + Carton to pack our mascot costumes.

Delivery: We default to use China post service (EMS /e-ems) to ship the goods. It will takes about 7-15 days to deilvery in normal. Some countries may be faster and some countries may be slower.
