A：Yes, of course, we are a professional manufacturer, need to tell us the lifting height, load capacity and platform size, we can design according to your requirements.And we accept ODM/OEM.If there is necessary, we can put your logo on the package and product body.
Q2. How can we guarantee the good quality of your products?
A：In during the production process we will inspect all purchased and produced parts and take a record after put in crates, before shipping out we will do the final inspection and take photo and video as record to make customer being at ease.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A：TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. Other terms can also be discussed.50% deposit can be paid first for production, and the balance can be made up before delivery.
Q4:What about the shipping&price term?
A: Both FOB/CIF/DDP price term are ok,we have reliable forwarder helping arrange the shipment for you.
Q5: How long is your delivery date?
A:*The general specification of the product is about 14 days after receiving the advance payment.
*Special requirements take about 20-30 days.
Q6. How to do with the elevator installation and maintenance?
A: We will provide installation instructions and installation videos, and our technicians can also provide online video guidance through chat software, such as whatsapp, wechat, skype and etc.
Q7 . What's your guarantee time?
A: We will provide you the free spare parts delivered along with the container.If any parts get damaged due to quality issue
within 12 months after B/L date. We will send new replacement once confirmed.And our service has no time limit.
