An optical film slitting machine is a device designed to precisely cut and separate large rolls of optical film into narrower strips, ensuring accurate dimensions and minimal material waste for further applications in electronic displays, lenses, or other optical devices.

I) Unwinding part:
1. It adopts shaftless loading and can bear 1 ton of raw materials, saving manpower and shortening the loading and unloading time.
2. The unwinding diameter is automatically detected by the proximity switch at the unwinding transmission shaft. There is no need to input the material thickness. The unwinding residual diameter can be set to automatically decelerate and stop to facilitate the splicing of the next roll.
3. It is equipped with a mechanism for manually adjusting the elastic edge of the material release. The adjustment range is ±20mm.
4. The CCD automatic correction system automatically corrects the material along the edge. The entire machine uses a guide rail to move left and right. The moving part uses a threaded screw and is pushed left and right by a servo motor to achieve automatic correction.
