The working principle of the coal rod machine mainly includes the following steps:

Feed: The rotating impeller clips the raw coal through the feed port and pushes the coal forward.
Compression and mixing: the raw coal is gradually compressed in the process of propulsion, the particles are close together, and at the same time, there is a relatively large agitation and mixing. At this time, there is strong friction and shear between the raw coal particles, between the particles and the blades and the simplified parts.
Heating and shaping: Under the action of generating heat, the temperature of raw coal rises, the moisture and binder are more uniform, and the plasticity of coal is greatly increased. After the control action of the mold cone, the coal particles are compressed more tightly.
Molding and discharge: Coal particles are pressed into the flat part of the mold and finally come out of the coal rod machine to form a coal rod with a fixed shape and size.

The main engine is guaranteed for 2 years, and other components are guaranteed for 1 year,
with lifelong maintenance.

Universal machines take 9-15 business days after receipt of balance payment. Custom machines take about 25 days.

3. Do you provide training and after-sales service?
Yes, we will provide installation and training on site or online. In addition, we have a professional service team that can solve problems as soon as possible.

4. What is your payment method?
T/T Pay 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery.
