4, If we have stocks in hand, there is no MOQ for your order; if we need to re-produce new lots, we have MOQ 5 cartons or not less than RMB10000 per item for your order. Production time for samples is 7~15 days, for big quantity is 25~45 days after receipt of your full down payment.
5, Payment term: 30% down payment in advance, 70% balance payment before shipment by T/T.
6, Shipping date: If the buyer's packing labels' or hang tags' full files can be given to us within 5 days after the buyer's down payment, goods will be ready for shipping within 35 days.
7, Price valid only for 15 days after quoted. The prices do not include custom packing costs and special documents charges. Exchange rate changable for quoting was set for each time. Price list will fluctuate due to materials' costs changing currently.
8, The order fulfillment need to use our export documents for handling the export customs clearance.

10.Do you have catalogue of artificial flowers and leaves?
Yes, if you need a catalogue, please kindly tell us the usage of artificial flowers, then we will send you a catalogue. We also accept customers' design. We can make artificial plants or silk flowers according to your picture with full information.
11.Do you have color card?
Yes, normally each different product we have different color options. We will send color cards by e-mail, but if you need a real color card, you will be need to pay the delivery cost and USD10. it is refundable once you place an order to us.
12.Can you provide free samples?
Yes, if you need few types of flowers, we can support to send free samples but delivery cost at your end. But if need more than 10pcs of samples, we need to charge according the sample unit price, it is refundable once you place and order to us.
13.How long is the sampling time?
Normally, about 3-5days we can send the sample to you if it's not full new products need to design. OEM products before sending samples, we will double check online or by e-mail then send the sample.
14.What is the MOQ of your products?
For your information, we have some regular production artificial flowers and leaves with some hot selling colors under daily production. For this kind of hot selling products MOQ is one carton for each color based on our design carton box. If special OEM color, our MOQ will be 1000-10000pcs based on the flower size and design.
15.How about the lead time?
For regular products, normally we have semi-finished products, about 5-7days we can finish production and packing. If special OEM color or new design plants, we need about 15-25days after final samples confirmed, as the full production process is at least 15days.
16.What are the payment terms?
Full payment if total amount is less than USD5000.
