We have dryers to dry aquatic feed pellets, pet food, also corn puffing snack food. We supply two types for different usage:
carbon steel frame with stainless steel belt, stainless steel frame with stainless steel belt. You can choose the suitable type.
1. The equipment’s configuration is very flexible. Simple structure, easy installation and maintenance.
2. Materials will not be vibrated or impacted during the drying process, so the pellets will keep intact.
3. Air quantity, heating temperature, materials staying time and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve the best drying effect.
4. Hot air can be circularly applied, the energy is greatly saved.
5. Unique air dividing device, it makes hot air distribute uniformly; this can guarantee products’ quality.
6. Mostly used in requirement of low drying speed and long drying time.
7. Ideal for drying feed pellets, grains and etc.
8. It is commonly used in the low drying speed and long drying time of occasion.

Seasoning Machine
For acquiring better smell and taste, the oil spraying machine can be used to spraying oil to the surface of fish feed pellets coming out of the dryer. It sprays atomized oil with high speed on the up and down surface of pellets, and the excessive oil can be recycled through filter.
Cooling Machine
Hot pet food with high temperature are soft and easily broken, which can result in a high percentage of fines. By cooling pellets can be harden. Counter-flow cooler is cooling type that commonly used in pellet industry currently with the direction of the air and product of pellets in opposing directions.
Packing Machine
We offer three kinds of packing machine according to buyers' need.
1. Small bag packing machine, usually 5g-100g per bag.
2. Medium bag packing machine, usually 5kg to 50 kg per bag.
