Plastic Electric Wire Sheath Pipe Production Line Plastic Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line
FULLWIN plastic High speed single wall corrugated pipe production line is developed by our company independently. It adopts gears to run moulds so as to realize water circulating cooling of the products, which also ensures high-speed production, nice and smooth inner and outer pipe wall corrugation. The final corrugated pipe is suitable for wire protection of high-class cars, disposable hookah pipe, electric wire pipe, air conditioner pipe, washing machine outlet pipe, drain pipe, retractable pipe and so on. High-speed machines can produce at speeds of up to 20-35 m/min.

4.Mouth mould and core bar
We have adopted a newly developed combined mouth mold and core bar. The key distinction from the previous design is that, when changing the pipe diameter, you only need to replace the entire unit. This innovation results in a time-saving of at least 1.5 hours, as it eliminates the need to remove the mold, clear the material, and heat it again.

6.Corrugated pipe forming machine
(1) The plate of the moulding machine is made of the same material as the module, with a hardness 63.4 HRC, which can effectively reduce wear and tear and have a longer service life compared with 45# steel.
(2) The forming machine has a large water-cooled side plate, which provides an even better cooling effect. This greatly improves the speed of the corrugated pipe and guarantees the quality of the pipe.
(3) Both up and down and left and right movements are all electric., and the moving distance of the platform is 800mm.
(4) The forming machine is blow moulding with pneumatic cutting and is controlled by PLC or Omron.

7.Double station winding machine
The main operation of the winder is spindle speed tracking with frequency controlled traverse. It uses a pneumatic self-locking switch.In addition, the machine is equipped with a counter to adjust the winding speed inductively.
