Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are BSCI SEDEX,ISO,GSV ..... audited manufacturer.
Q2. Can print with customized LOGO?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders and we can make products according to your own design and requirements. Printing artwork can be
provided in AI or PDF format.
Q3. Are you able to provide custom packaging?
A: Yes,you can request your own packaging information and offer us the design when order.
Q4. What is MOQ?
A: MOQ will be determined by the size, shape and color requirements, generally 500-5000-10,000 pieces.
Q5. Do you provide free samples? What is the delivery time for samples?
A: Custom samples will come with a sample fee of approximately $100-$500, depending on your requirements. Sample delivery time is 5-15 days for unprinted, printed or digitally printed samples. We typically use our existing materials for trial samples and print setup fees will be refunded after the order is placed. For final confirmation, please contact us to discuss.
Q6. Will the shipping cost of the samples be charged or prepaid?
A: The shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. You can choose to prepay because the cost will be cheaper.
Q7. Payment terms?
A: For amounts under $5,000, 100% before ordering; for amounts over $5,000, 30% deposit and the balance before shipment, or when you see a copy of the bill of lading.
Q8. What is your production lead time?
A:The normal production lead time will be around 30-45 days, as determined by the quantity of your order.
Q9. How to order from us?
A:1. Request a quotation - professional quotation.
2. Confirm price, quantity, delivery date, drawings, payment terms, etc.
3. INFTOY will provide invoice in the form of deposit.
4. After receiving the deposit for pre-production, we will order raw materials and make pp samples for approval, and start mass production after approval.
5. After mass production, we will send photos to show the production process and notify the ordering ship.
6. After the production is finished, we will send you shipping samples if needed.
7. Customer pays the balance before shipping
8. When you receive the goods from us, we will call it a completed order.
9. However, we would like to get your feedback on the order, service, market and suggestions for future orders.
