Introduction

This is standalone type fiber laser marking machine with CCD camera and conveyor, it comes with manually lifting Z axis and EZCAD 2 software. It is compatible with Lightburn software, laser source is JPT MOPA M7 series. It can engrave different colors on stainless steel and brass. With CCD vision system, it can scan and mark the accurate position on each work piece, no matter how random you put them on the conveyor. This technology can also be used on Co2 Galvo Laser and UV Laser Machines.

Advantages

CCD Visual positioning laser marking machine is mainly aiming at the problems of difficult feeding, poor positioning and slow speed caused by the difficulty of fixture design and manufacture in batch irregular marking, the problem is solved by using an external CCD camera to capture feature points in real time. The marking products can be placed at will, and multiple products can be placed at one time. The products can be identified at any position, at any angle, and any shape. The software can basically automatically identify them. Automatic marking of multiple products can be completed at one time, which greatly improves the marking efficiency.
