Technical Details：Flow forming is based on low-pressure casting of the rim part of the rotary stamping, changing the internal structure of the rim part of the metal, the molecules are more dense fibrous arrangement, compared with the ordinary casting has a higher mechanical properties performance, which is manifested as a higher strength, toughness is better. The spinning rim has a thinner cut, so the overall weight of the wheel is reduced, which is the most direct technical advantage of the spinning process.
