Sandwich Panel products are composed of two layers of formed metal panels (or other material panels) and a polymer insulating core foamed and cooked into shape directly in the middle of the panels. These finished sandwich panels are easy to install, lightweight and efficient. The filling system uses a closed-foam molecular structure as well, which eliminates condensation of water vapor. The outer layer of steel sheets is molded to take full account of structural and strength requirements and aesthetics, while the inner layer is molded as a flat panel to suit various needs.
