5.Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our bear costs. Once you pay the sample free, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

Usually it is USD $10-50 per pcs. The sample fee will be higher if there are many embroideries or printing.

When order value is less than $1000，full payment should be paid. When order value is over $1000，it is 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L.
