What kind of panels do you want to produce?
This machine mainly produces:
EPS sandwich panel, Foam cement panel

High Automatic, 2-3 labors can produce 30-40 pcs panel (100mm thickness) within 15mins.

Panel density
500-900kg/CBM,
can change density via adjusting formulas.
Panel length/width
Length usually is 2440,2800,3000mm, etc,
Width is 600mm or 610mm.
Size can be customized.
Panel's thickness
75, 100, 150, 200, 250mm etc.
Strength of panels
3-6Mpa


Feature of EPS panel
Only 1/6 weight of the normal concrete brick.
Reduce the vertical load of building structure，cost of building material, the amount and intensity of labor.
Faster Construction process.


Main Parts of Production Line


1. Mixing & infusion plant
Include mixer, movable infusion unit.

Using touch screen control. Automatic weighing material, mixing,etc.
Record every data for production process.

3.6CBM capacity guarantees infusion efficiency. Only about 15 seconds to complete making a panel (size 2440*610*100mm).


2. EPS Expander & Boiler
It is used for expanding the raw EPS particles
to bigger particle, make EPS density to around 3.5-6kg/CBM.

Then it need less EPS particles for producing one panel, save the material cost


3. Molding machine
One molding machine can produce 30-40pcs panels per day.
Quantity of molding machine is key point to capacity.

Using high standard material - Q345 steel, heat treated mould. Ensure it to be used for a long time without trouble.

Machine can stand up and lay down, so is easy to maintainence & clean

4. De-molding machine
It can pull the cured panels out from molding machine.
De-molding machine is movable, so after demolding, the molding machine can start the next production immediately, without any delay.

It's efficiency is triple compared to traditional production line.


5.Hollow core panels unit
If you want hollow core wall panels, we offers complete system solution.
Hollow panels usually use for roof, cladding etc.purpose without any bearing demand.


6. Movable infusion pump unit
This unit is movable, so we can have flex lay out for factory.
It can mix and inject at same time, guarantee the heavier material(cement) not separates from lighter one (EPS).
7. Recycling unit
With recycling unit, we can collect the waste slurry
and treat the waste, and reuse it.
So we can reduce wasting material and lower the totoal material cost.

A: 30% as down deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).
