Grouting technology
1. Before the slurry is pressed into the hole of the beam body, the slurry pump should be opened to discharge a little slurry from the slurry nozzle to remove air, water and slurry in the slurry pipeline.
2. When pressing the slurry, the curved and vertical channels should enter the grouting holes at the lowest point; The holes arranged in the upper and lower layers in the structure or member should be pressed in the order of the lower layer first and then the upper layer. The grouting of the same hole should be carried out continuously and completed at one time. The grouting should be carried out slowly and evenly, without interruption, and the exhaust holes of all the highest points should be opened and closed successively, so that the exhaust in the hole is smooth.
3, the duration of the slurry from self-mixing to pressing into the hole should not exceed 40min. The slurry should be continuously stirred before use and during the pressure injection process. The slurry with reduced fluidity caused by delayed use should not be increased by adding additional water and must be discarded.
4. For horizontal or curved channels, the grouting pressure should be 0.5 ~ 0.7MPa; For ultra-long channels, the maximum pressure should not exceed 1.0MPa; For vertical channels, the grouting pressure should be 0.3 ~ 0.4MPa.
5, the filling degree of the slurry should reach the other end of the hole full and the exhaust hole discharge with the same flow as the specified cement slurry, after closing the slurry outlet, should maintain a stable pressure period of not less than 0.5MPa, the stable pressure period should be maintained for 3 to 5min. The hole grouting of multi-span continuous prestressed tendons connected by connectors should be carried out immediately after the prestressed tendons of the connector segments are tensioned, and should not be continuously pressed once after all the segments are tensioned.
6, vertical hole grouting should be carried out from the bottom up, and the valve should be set to prevent the return of cement slurry.
7, vacuum auxiliary grouting, hole grouting, at the end of the grouting will first press the grouting valve, exhaust valve all closed. Start the vacuum pump at the pulp discharge end to make the vacuum degree of the channel reach -0.08 ~ -0.1MPa and maintain stability. Then start the grouting pump and start the grouting. In the process of grouting, the vacuum pump should keep continuous work, close the valve leading to the vacuum pump when the slurry passes through the vacuum end, open the slurry valve located above the slurry end, and close after draining a little slurry. The grouting work continues as usual.
Matters needing attention
1, after the final tensioning is completed, the hole grouting should be carried out as soon as possible, generally not more than 24h.
2, the slurry temperature should be between 5 ° C and 30 ° C, during the slurry pressing process and 48h after the slurry pressing, the beam body and the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ° C, otherwise maintenance measures should be taken, and treated according to the requirements of winter construction, antifreeze should not be added. When the ambient temperature is higher than 35 ° C, the grouting should be carried out at night.

2, storage period in compliance with the above conditions, the highway bridge slurry storage period is 6 months, if more than the storage period after inspection can still be used.
