Q3 : Can you send samples before the order? A: Yes, Free samples are available for material and quality check with freight collected. Q4 : What kind of material are your products made in? A: Mainly, there are three kinds of material: bone china, porcelain and ceramic. For the quality grade : bone china > porcelain >ceramic. If you would like to know more details,pls feel free to contact us directly. Q5: Can you produce goods with our special designs /logos? A: Sure, we can provide you customized service/OEM and ODM service with drawings . Q6: Where do you ship from? Can you do drop ship? A: All products will be shipped from China, mostly from the Guangzhou ports, if you need to ship from other cities of ports, please contact us for further confirmation.
