Air-cooled Handheld Welding Advantages
1）Compared with water-cooled handheld welding, air-cooled handheld welding is more portable and mobile, and can be used in a wider range of scenarios, and can be moved directly to the customer's site welding.
2）Subtracting the inlet and outlet pipes makes the welding torch lighter, more comfortable to hold, and less fatiguing for the operator.
3) Air-cooled handheld welding does not need to regularly replace the cooling water and consider the problem of winter water tank anti-freezing.
4) The power consumption of the air-cooled model is only 50% of the water-cooled model with the same 1500W laser power.
5) 2024 new trolley type all-in-one machine, a single person can easily move the welding host + wire feeder + gas tank, the trolley comes with a small drawer can be placed in the lens copper nozzle and other consumables, the total footprint is only water-cooled models of 1/3, the volume and weight of the package is only water-cooled models of 1/2, significantly reducing the cost of transportation.
