Compass was founded in Y2021 at Singapore Industry Park, Suzhou, which is half an hour's car drive from Shanghai. Compass is a professional manufacturer engaged in the research, development, production, sale and service of vacuum cleaners.
Our products are mainly carpet washer, cordless/corded vacuum cleaner, pet grooming vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, window vacuum cleaner, UV bed vacuum cleaner, electric mop and robot vacuum cleaner, etc., which can pass CB, CE, ETL, GS, KC certification. And we always add new ideas and innovative functions into our products, to make our products with Plus value.
Quality is extremely important to both factory and customers. We have very strict rules and procedures on quality control. For IQC, we do random inspection on most components, and 100% inspection for whole key components. During production and assembling, we do the Hi-pot testing, wattage testing, current leakage testing on every unit. After production finished, we do our own random final inspection to ensure the quality. For all the new developed items, they must pass life test for 500 hours. Most products have CE, GS, CB, RoHS, REACH declaration.
