A4. Both parties will share half the freight. The buyer will take the freight of sending it back to Elebest, and Elebest will take the freight of sending it back to buyer. Elebest suggests to sending it back together with the next mass production item.

A5. It depends on the quanatity of the goods, the shipping method and the destination.

Q6. Can you give me a free sample?
A6. I am sorry that we can not dirrectly offer the free samples. But we will deduct the samples fee from your big orders.
