A2: Our company mainly covers (with MR or MRL) passenger elevator, sightseeing elevator, car elevator, villa elevator, bottomless villa elevator, medical elevator, cargo elevator, stair chair elevator, escalator, moving sidewalk, supermarket shopping cart elevator, hydraulic elevator platform & other categories.
Q3: What the parameters should I need to provide before asking price for an elevator?
A3: A).What is the loading capacity of your elevator?
( 6 persons for 450 kg,8 persons for 630 kg, 10 persons for 800 kg etc..)
B).How many floors/stops/landing door?
C).What's the shaft size?(width by depth)
D).Is there a machine room or without machine room?
E).The step width, height and angle for escalator.
Q4: How about your payment term & trade term?
A4: T/T or Irrevocable L/C at sight etc. EXW/FOB/ CFR/ CIF/CIP/CPT are workable with the help of our reliable forwarder. If you have your own forwarder, you can handle the shipment by yourself.
Q5: How long is your delivery time?
A5: Start to production after receive 30% advance deposit or L/C confirmed from bank. After the technical detail confirmed clear within 20-25 working days manufacturer can deliver to Shanghai/Ningbo port or your destination place in china.
Q6: Can you customize products?
A6: Yes, we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers’ drawings or samples.
Q7: How to guarantee the quality of your goods?
A7: Firstly, we will do the inspection after every process for the finished products, we will do 100% inspection according to the customers’ requirements.
Q8: How can I get Installation & Maintaining & Technical Support?
A8: 1,We will provide English version of schematic diagram, installation and maintenance manual , we have professional engineer will communicate with your engineer/technical to give the remote control services via wechat/ skype/email; if necessary, we will send professional engineers and technical to solve the problem(customers bear all charges).
2,For parts: 12 months after shipment, we will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us ,If it is the
men-made problems, we also send the spare parts but have to pay.
