A1: JYL is a trademark of Jingyu’s lock which provides a simpler, easier and securer travel assurance. Jingyu, founded in 1998, is a professional luggage accessories manufacturer with 20+ years of OEM/ODM experience. We have been working with the world’s top brands for over 2 decades. Our manufacturing plant is BSCI, ISO9001:2015 compliant and our products are REACH/RoHS/WARP certified. Q2: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A2: We are a manufacturer with monthly capacity of 3.2 million locks. Our factory is based in Dongguan city with an area of 15,000㎡ and 400+ employees. We have more than 20 years of OEM/ODM experience of luggage accessories in the travel goods industry.

Q3: Do you have more lock designs?
A3: Yes, please feel free to contact us and we will show you our catalogue with more lock designs for your reference. Also, warmly welcome an on-spot visit to our factory to see more designs and projects.

Q4: Are your products designed by you?
A4: We own 200+ lock design patents as well as machine patents. Most of our locks are designed by our own R&D team. We have our own tooling workshop to work out client's ODM projects too.

Q5: How many is the MOQ and MCQ?
A5: For shipping to the China domestic market, MOQ/MCQ is 500pcs. For shippinbg to the markets outside of China, MOQ is 3000pcs and MCQ is 500pcs.

Q6: What color can you make?
A6: We can make any color as long as you provide a Pantone code or a color sample. We have the capability of printing, baking varnish and electroplating. Also, we provide customized logo printing services.

Q7: Why should I use a Travel Sentry Approved lock when travel?
A7: It is not only when traveling to the US that should be equipped with a TSA lock, the TSA Lock system is now implemented in most of airports all over the world. In Canada, and major airports in Japan, Israel, Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, South-Korea, Togo, New Zealand and continues to expand. Without violently breaking or waiting to get your suitcase checked by the airport security officers, a TSA lock on the way offers the maximum convenience to any traveler.

Q8: What if I have forgotten the combination of the lock?
A8: To recover your combination you will need a little time and some patience.
Please try all of the possible combinations from 000-999 (000, 001, 002, 003 through to 999).You may think this will take a long time, but it should not take you more than 30 minutes and if the first digit of your forgotten code starts with a 0, 1, 2, or 3…then it will take significantly less than 30 minutes.
Try it out. Otherwise, you will need a professional locksmith for help or just break the lock and buy a new one.
