Usage
Coalescer oil purification system application on cleaning for diesel, coal oil, lube oil hydraulic oil and other oil purification.Removal the moisture and impurities the oil and promote the cleanliness on overall system.Advantage of coalescing purifier machine for macro-molecular water; removing moisture by heating is not needed; different liquid with different surface tension and when liquid flows through the hole, the smaller the surface tension, the faster the transmission rate.
2.Principles
When the different mixed liquid flow into the separator and enter into the coalescing filter element firstly, the filter with multi-layer filter media and the hole diameter is increased layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil can go through the filter layer quickly but the water goes much slower; besides the coalescence filter take use of the hydrophilic material, fine moisture droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer then cause the coalescence of water droplets. water droplets go through the hole by the function of kinetic energy, and becomes the large water droplets gradually, and fall down under the function of gravity, then separating from the oil, the oil ends in the coalescence filter element is still smaller moisture included, and it moves forward to separation filter elements by Inertia. The separation filter element is made of a special hydrophobic material, the smaller moisture will be blocked when the oil go through the separation filter, and oil go through the separation filter and released from the outlet.
