1. Q: What is your MOQ (MOQ=Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: MOQ is 300pcs for each model, and 50pcs per color.
2. Q: Can you provide sample first before I place mass production order?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for you to check the quality, and the sample fee will be returned to you if the quantity
of your production order reaches 300PCS per model.
3. Q: Can you make customized designs or Logo?
A: Yes, we can make your customized designs or Logo. Just contact our sales to discuss the details.
4. Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is around 50~60 days after every detail confirmed for mass production.
5. Q: How about your products quality?
A: For OEM or ODM products, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements.
It can be complied with CE & RoHs, Nickle free,etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party
to test the watches before delivery.
6. Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.
7. Q: How about shipping methods?
A: If you have courier in China, goods can be sent your courier after payment.
If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order
is confirmed.
8. Q: What is your packaging? Can I customize the packaging?
A: We offer two packing options for our customers.
(1). Free packing, we usually pack 1 watch in 1 polybag individually, 10pcs watches pack into a foam tray.
50pcs, 100pcs or 200pcs for one carton box.
(2). Customized your own watch box. But please notice it will take extra charge for it.
Or you may send us your box, we will pack free for you.
9. Q: What is your warranty service?
A: All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods,
please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the customize watches and
2 years for the movement from the date of delivery.
10. Q: Are you a manufacturer or trader?
A: We are a manufacturer. You are always welcome to our factory.
