High Quality FRP Fiberglass Sheet Composite Panel for RV Van Refrigerated Truck
Fiberglass honeycomb panels are made of two frp panels (fiber reinforced composite plastics) firmly bonded to both sides of a honeycomb core material, also known as honeycomb sandwich structure panels.
Fiberglass honeycomb panels have the advantages of light weight, strong hardness, and sound insulation. Due to its special structure, fiberglass honeycomb panels can improve the compressive strength of the panels and prolong the service life of the panels.
Fiberglass sandwich panel is a new kind of high-quality environmental-friendly product, which is made of FRP sheet and core material(such as:XPS/PU foam/PP honeycomb/plywood). It has good anti-corrosion and weather resistance, and has good resistance to the atmosphere, corrosive water, concentrated acid/alkali/salts, paints and solvents. When applied in corrosive chemical scenarios, its service life can reach 10-25 years depending on the thickness and application scenario.

Fiberglass honeycomb panels are widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry, interior wall decoration projects, and the advertising industry as dry truck compartments, RVs, containers, cleanrooms, laboratory interior wall decoration panels, curtain wall panels, and FRP electronic whiteboards.
The FRP sheet on the both sides of sandwich panel is made of flame-retardant unsaturated resin and fiberglass, non-conductive, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.35, a water absorption rate less than 1.0, and an impact strength of 150MPa. Fiberglass is lightweight, with a strength three times that of steel plate. It is suitable for special industries and chemical industries with a service life of over 20 years. Fiberglass sandwich panel with customizable XPS, PU, PP and other materials in the middle according to customer's need.

1.The surface of the FRP sheet with 2.8m Max. width, is made of high-end anti-aging isophthalic gel coat, which not only ensures the overall service life of the product, but also guarantees the gloss and aesthetics of the surface.
2.Lightweight: 30-40% less than the traditional products.
3.High thermal insulation performance: the thermal conductivity of FRP Panel is about 0.23W/M.K.
4.Surface properties: FRP surface has strong tensile strength, flexural strength and impact toughness. It has excellent chemical stability to atmospheric, rain and general concentrations of acids, bases, salts and other media.
5.Easy to maintain: no obvious repair marks after repairing, which is unmatched by steel and aluminum sheet.
