Orders require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance to be paid within 15 days of receiving the products.

Alterations are allowed before the order confirmation. After we begin production (after the downpayment), alterations are not allowed.

The lead time for our made to order tile is 3 months. Custom or high volume projects may require additional time, the length of which will be determined upon receipt of your order.
10. Do you accept returns?
Because our products are handmade per order and according to client specifications, we are not able to offer returns.
11. How to clean and maintain?
If stained with colored substances such as tea, coffee, soy sauce, or ink, it may penetrate into the inner of the tile. Please handle it immediately; using neutral detergents to clean instead of acidic cleaners.
