ZT-180 HIGH PRECISION PCD & PCBN TOOLS’ CNC GRINDER
ZT-180 is a high precision PCD & PCBN tools automatic grinder, especially for indexable inserts and milling cutters.
1, All cast machine bed and cast accessories are average 18 months natural ageing;
2, SCHNEEBERGER heavy duty and precision linear slide guide for its accuracy and life;
3, 5-Axises NC and 2 linked machine, high efficiency, accuracy and stability;
4, Swing mechanism utilizing ball-screw by a servo motor, smoother, more stable durable;
5, The whole pneumatic system use Japan SMC products, and is designed and selected by domestic top pneumatic system engineers to
realize rapid advance and retreat and flexible grinding of the worktable.
6, Linear grating and angle encoder of this model is FAGOR, make sure the precision indication;
7, Camera with LCD monitor and precision scale for easy set up and inspection during grinding;
8, Optical system for adjustable from 7-45 magnification even 0.05 radius can be grinded and inspected.
