Process Flow
The whole production line is mainly composed of Straw crushing section, mixing section, pelletizing section, cooling section and automatic packing section.

Mixer

RICHI Straw Pellet Machine

Straw powder is extruded into pellets in the die hole in the pelletizing chamber under the pressing action of the pressing roller and the ring die. The RICHI Straw Pellet Machine has a stainless steel body and a Siemens motor. Ring die made of 42CrMo alloy steel. Long service life and not easy to damage.
Pellet Cooler
To cooling the pellets to room temperature. The hardness of the pellets will become stronger. So as to obtain better hardness and strength. It can also improve transportation capacity and storage capacity. All stainless steel coolers are available.
Automatic Pellet Packing Machine
