11.Why choose our glassware in crystal glass material?
The main raw material is pure quartz sand from the lower reaches of the Ticino River in the Ticino River in Europe. The glass is relatively transparent and similar in brightness to crystal, and the material is mixed with potassium carbonate forest wood ash. 12.How to maintain the glass?
1)Shall not be machine-washed;

2)Wash such a product by hand in lukewarm water, using soft sponge and a mild, non-aggressive detergent, treat the glass with a soft cloth after washing;It is possible to use a dishwasher for other glass products. In such case, set the dishwasher at a glass-friendly program, at low temperature, and open its door as soon as the washing cycle finished.Condensed vapors cause harm to glass.

3)When handling the glass, avoid any contact with hard objects including glass; there is a danger of scratching;

4)Products are not intended to be used for serving very hot beverages or in microwave ovens.

5)Handle the products carefully to avoid either damage or injury: particularly, do not allow children to handle crystal.

13.How about the delivery time?
Sample time is 3~8 days; product in bulk is 5~30 day. Because most of the clear series are in stock, so the lead time is short, the gold/silver/painted series are less in stock. If the order quantity is large,it need time to process.So the delivery time needs to be negotiated.

14.How to order?
After you confirm the sample order or regular order,we will send you a order payment link(Alibaba trade assurance),you can pay for it by this link.

15.How is payment?
Sample order is 100% in advance;regular order is 30% in advance,the rest amount before the shipment.

16.Could we do customization?
For the shape of crystal,we regularly don’t accept only if the big order quantity,we have hundred of shape styles for your reference ;For the gold/silver/painted glassware,we can do the customization,and we also have our several designs for your reference;For the customized logo,we can do the customized logo on the glass body or bottom,but please note our brand of crystalex is on the bottom,we accept laser logo or painted logo,detailed design need be negotiated.

17.How is package for the exported goods?
Our regular package is inner box+outer carton;if in demand,we will use bubble to wrap the glass or inner box,we ensure that every glass is individually packed;we also have gift box package or leather box package,but it needs the enough order quantity,because the package company need to make the new mould.And if we had this mould,we only need the package company to produce in bulk. If you need us to tag/stick the label or do customized package,We can also make it according to your requirements.

18.What should we do when we received the broken glass?
We will cover the shortage in the next order or cover the shortage payment.
