Products Description
The cement production line is a complete plant, consisting of raw meal mill, rotary kiln, grate cooler machine and clinker mill as the main equipment. The Portland cement(Silicate cement) production process is representative in cement production industry. The limestone and clay are usually taken as the main raw materials, first they will be crushed, batched, and ground into raw meal, then fed into the cement rotary kiln to calcine clinker, at last, it'll be ground into final cement by adding an appropriate amount of gypsum (sometimes mixed with mixed materials or admixtures).
Production Process
We supply the whole sets of machines for cement making plant, with capacity of 7000TPD, 6000TPD, 5000TPD, 4000TPD, 3000TPD, 2000TPD, 1000TPD, etc. And we also design and install small capacity cement producing plant, such as 200TPD, 300TPD, 500TPD, 1000TPD production line.
The whole processing:
1. Preparation & Homogenization
Natural limestone, clay and other raw materials are crushed by stone crusher and mixed in a certain proportion, and then ground to prepare raw meal with appropriate composition and uniform quality;
2. Pulverized coal preparation
The coal, which is required for calcining cement raw materials, needs to be prepared into pulverized coal to provide the particle size required for pulverized coal combustion so as to facilitate full combustion and obtain combustion reaction capabilities.
3. Pre-heating and Decomposing
The pre-heater is used to preheat as well as decompose raw meal. So the length of the rotary kiln is effectively shortened. And the raw meal can fully exchange heat with the hot gases from the kiln. Because of its rapid and high-efficiency heat transfer, the production efficiency and heat consumption of this production line are greatly improved.
4. Clinker Calcining
Put the lime raw material in the rotary kiln and calcine it until it is partially melted to obtain lime clinker.
5. Cement Grinding
Add the appropriate amount of gypsum, mixed materials or additives to the clinker, and grind them together into final cement to meet the requirements, then packaging and shipping.
