1. This stainless steel meat smoking oven machine adopts full computerized automatic control program, which can display the curve graph of the temperature and humidity. 

2. Imported SMC air control pilot steam valve controls the steam flow, precise temperature control, and stable performance. The temperature difference of the entire cabinet is less than 1°C

3.The wind blades of this stainless steel meat smoking machine pass the dynamic balance check of 3000RPM, and the maximum wind speed can be 25m/s, which can guarantee the temperature uniformity all directions during the products baking.

4.The smoke generating device adopts wood pellets smoker, stable smoking and fast coloring.

5.High pressure pipeline pump is adopted to clean the dust in the plates and smoke pipe. Nozzles of different angles are equipped in the coil and flue.

Usually, machine guarantee time is about 1 year. Within guarantee time. Machine breaking caused by the machine itself design defect, we are responsible for it. We can provide free charge breaking part. If machine breaking caused by the human factor, the user need take responsibility for it, we will provide technical support.

Training:

1. We offer machines training system, the customer can choose training in our factory or in customer workshop. The normal training days are 3-5 days.

2. We offer training video and machine operation video to the customer.

3. We offer remote control service if the customer does not know how to operate and use the machine.

Installation:

We will dispatch engineers to carry out installation and debug of the equipment in buyer's place if requested. The cost for International Double ways air tickets, accommodations, food and transportations, medical shall be paid by Buyer for the engineers. Buyer shall fully cooperate with Supplier's engineer and make all the installation condition ready to work.

Warranty:

The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturer’s best materials. The machine will be guaranteed in one year, in the guaranteed year, any spare parts are broken due to supplier’s quality issue, the spare parts will be supplied free for the customer, customer needs to pay the freight cost if the parcel weight more than 500gram.
