Features
Fullcryo‘s Cryogenic liquid transport vehicle is a special-purpose equipment for transporting liquid oxygen. The design and manufacture process shall strictly conform to safety regulation in aspects of national pressure vessels and special purpose transport vehicle as well as the national and enterprise standard. The transport vehicle is mainly composed of tank bottom, carframe (underframe), operating valve, supercharger and metal hose. The tank adopts multi-layer insulation or evacuated powder insulation to reduce evaporation loss and ensure safety. This series of cryogenic liquid transport vehicle have notable characteristics in aspects of advanced design, excellent performance, compact structure, convenient operation and high commercial quality.
Oxygen has several important applications in the metal processing industry, including the following: Oxy-fuel Cutting；Oxy-fuel Welding；Plasma Cutting；Blast Furnace Ironmaking；Electric Arc Furnace Steelmaking；Heat Treatment；Surface Treatment and Combustion Process Control so on.The use of oxygen in the metalworking industry not only improves production efficiency and product quality but also contributes to energy savings and environmental protection.
Fullcryo's Cryogenic Liquid Oxygen Transport Vehicle features a highly insulated cryogenic storage tank to maintain the low temperature of liquid oxygen (approximately -183°C). During transport, the vehicle ensures a stable speed and avoids severe jolts to prevent liquid oxygen from splashing. The transport vehicle is equipped with pressure relief valves to prevent excessive pressure buildup. Precision instrument displays assist the driver in regularly checking the tank's temperature and pressure, ensuring the liquid oxygen remains in its liquid state. Before actual use, liquid oxygen is typically converted to gaseous oxygen through a vaporizer. The optional vaporizer can use ambient air as a heat source to warm the liquid oxygen and convert it into gas. Because liquid oxygen is a strong oxidizer and can cause intense combustion when in contact with flammable materials, Fullcryo's Cryogenic Liquid Oxygen Transport Vehicle maintains consistent high quality throughout the transport and unloading process to prevent liquid oxygen leaks.
