5.Extra long surcharge:the longest side is greater than or equal to 118CM or the second side is greater than or equal to 73CM;Circumference [length + (width * height) *2] is greater than or equal to 263CM less than 325CM;Meeting one of the above conditions will be charged 35USD/package.The length of either side is equal to 230CM or the circumference length [length + (width * height) *2] is greater than or equal to 325CM,the carriage will not be accepted.
6.Overweight surcharge:the actual weight of a single package is more than 22KG,less than 40KG,each package is charged 48USD,a single package is more than 40KG,the goods are not accepted.
7.Remote address fee: charge 0.4USD/KG,the minimum charge is 28USD.
8.If a single parcel is less than 10KG, the weight is calculated according to 10KG.
1.If the package is stored in our company or lost during transportation,the compensation will be 5.5USD/KG.
2.If the package is lost after delivery to UPS/DHL/FedEX/DPD and other logistics providers,apply for package investigation, and UPS's final compensation shall prevail.However,the maximum compensation is not more than 100USD/order.
